Otter House Activity— Tonight we go for the gold… Pokemon gold! Joe Foo draws the cute little bear Pokemon called Teddiursa. First, he shows off his original sketch, then he shows you how to draw this cuddly Pokemon using simple shapes! Can you draw a Teddiursa using 18 circles? Of course you can!
August is a Wish Your Art Makes: Today, we kick off a week of drawing videos all involving the parks of Walt Disney World and Disneyland! In this very special video, Drew T Drawtopus gets to meet his two favorite sisters, Anna and Elsa.

Live Sketch Challenge – So a little back story, we had Chef Miker scheduled to draw in the Daredevil Gauntlet. However, no one could find him! Seriously, completely gone! So in this video, Josh comes to the rescue. Much to his dismay, the Camp PencilPoint Master of Ceremonies partakes in the Daredevil Gauntlet live at Maker Faire Detroit! Two of our favorite Camp PencilPointers, Alexander and Elizabeth help us out in all the blind sketching goodness.

Live Sketch Challenge – Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, otters and dragons and octopi… this is Draw or Pie! Two artists of Camp PencilPoint, Josh and Chef Miker, sketch their interpretation of the phrase “No sir, that is not a hot tub”. We displayed both drawings at Maker Faire Detroit and put it up to a vote during all of our drawing sessions. We asked for everyone to vote on which sketch they thought was funnier. The funniest sketch earns bragging rights. The runner up… well, they get a pie in the face!
The first half of this video features the introduction of the two sketches. This part was recorded on Saturday at Maker Faire Detroit. Over a hundred Camp PencilPointers studied the two sketches and voted on the one that made them laugh most. Votes were counted. The second half of this video was recorded on Sunday and features the results of that voting. Who gets the bragging rights and who gets the pie in the face? Who is your pick for the pie?
